    How do I cancel my subscription to Online Edge Academy or Business Class?

    Your billing is setup on a 30-day cycle. That means that when there is 31 days in a month, you will be re-billed one day earlier that expected – so please be sure to update your subscription in plenty of time! If you’ve decided that this program is not right for you, we are sad to see you go.

    To cancel your subscription, simply send us a support ticket.


    What is your cancellation and refund policy again? How do I get a refund?

    YES, it is true; you can cancel your membership in Online Edge Academy at any time. As well, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase if you are really unsatisfied. However, we hope that you will give us a chance to make it right first!

    If you have found that you are unsatisfied with OEA, e-mail our support team and let them know. Refunds can only be requested through our support team.


    Where can I find my billing information?

    You can view and update your billing information on the "My Account" page of the member's area.

    Just login here: http://members.OnlineEdgeAcademy.com/my-account


    I can't download the workbooks.

    If you are having trouble downloading any of the files, workbooks or other downloadables, first try to right-click the download link and select the Save as button.

    If the problem still persists, please contact our support team and notify them of the page URL and the video that is not working so we can fix it immediately.


    I missed or will miss this month’s webinar! Will it be replayed?

    Yes! The latest webinar will be available to view in the member's area for 30 days.  It will then be replaced by the next webinar replay.

    Who do I ask about specific questions about the content and training inside Online Edge Academy? What if I need more help or assistance?

    Unfortunately, my support staff is not trained in Internet Marketing. Asking them about your specific questions on marketing will not yield the best answers.

    If some or all of the videos are not playing for you in the members area, we apologize for this inconvenience. The first thing we recommend doing is double-checking that your browser is up to date and you have installed the latest version.

    If this problem still persists, please contact our support team notify them of the page URL and the video that is not working so we can fix it immediately.

  • Check Existing Ticket

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

  • Click Here to Reset the Header

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
